An outstanding wine that has already been awarded three trophies. Brilliant straw colour. Complex aroma of cashews, hazelnut, biscuit, yeast lees, fig and butterscotch. The palate flavours are generous, with layers of yeast lees, biscuit, citrus and grapefruit, over a subtle oak background. Excellent length, with citrus, hazelnut and almond flavours persisting well into the aftertaste. Crisp acid finish.
