Bright straw colour. The nose is impressive with aroma of butterscotch, yeast lees, biscuit, peach and melon followed by spicy cinnamon end notes. The palate has excellent weight, and is dominated by nut, melon, butterscotch and yeast lees flavour. Excellent length and depth of flavour, clean crisp acid finish, followed by melon, citrus, butterscotch and yeast lees aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.
