1999 Edwards & Chaffey Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour, with deep crimson edge. Aroma of earth, spice, toasted oak, blackcurrant and liquorice. The palate flavours are a touch light, lacking depth and persistence, however, plum and stewed fruit flavours do emerge. Fine, dry tannins which linger onto the aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years.
