This is an impressive style showing considerable refinement.
Made predominately from Chardonnay, the wine has spent two years on yeast lees. Creamy mousse with medium to fine persistant bead. The base wine is straw colour with refined nose of yeast lees, a hint of freshly baked bread and biscuit. Creamy palate texture with very good length and persistance of flavour. Flavours of citrus over biscuit with clean finish, perfectly balanced, long aftertaste of biscuit and yeast lees.
