This is the high point of the Classic McLaren range – La Testa! Very deep crimson colour, with brick red hue. Aroma of leather, spice, hints of earth, toasted oak and violets. The palate displays impressive weight and mouthfeel but is relatively short. Flavours of ripe plum, toasted oak, liquorice and spice. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance, followed by aftertaste of spice, plum and vanilla.Cellar 3-4 years (2005-2006).
