Bright, brick red colour. Medium body. Aroma of spice, truffle, violets, cedar, blackcurrant and confectionary. The palate is tight, with flavours of stewed fruit and spice emerging. Firm dry tannins, followed by stewed fruit aftertaste.
Cellar 2-3 years (2004-2005).
