The Blewitt Springs Grenache displays brilliant crimson colour with mauve edges. Lighter in weight than some of its counterparts. Aroma of spice and confectionery, followed by hints of stewed fruit. On the palate, the fruit flavours are pronounced with raspberry dominant over liquorice and spice. On the back palate, there is a touch of black pepper emerging. Velvet smooth tannin, perfect balance, followed by aftertaste of anise, liquorice and black cherries. Cellar 3-4 years.
