Brilliant, pale straw colour. The wine has spent eleven months on lees. Aroma of toasted oak, butterscotch and yeast lees with subtle fig and melon end notes. On the palate subtle cashew and biscuit flavours are layered over a hint of melon and citrus. The palate lacks intensity. Crisp acid finish followed by an aftertaste of toasted oak, lees and butterscotch. Cellar 2-3 years.
