Bright deep straw colour. Aroma of butterscotch, yeast lees and hints of toasted oak over a layered background. The colour shows some oxidative handling with flavours of smoky almonds, toasted oak and yeast lees, with butterscotch in the background. Creamy texture. Soft acid finish, with a hint of grapefruit showing up in the back palate. Cellar 2-3 years.
