Deep crimson mauve colour, showing its youthfulness. On the nose, aromas of earth, leather and blackcurrant with a hint of blackpepper as an end note. The palate flavours are relatively light, with plum and blackberry fruit flavours dominant. The tannins are too firm for the fruit and overtake the palate flavours. Cellar 2 - 3 years.
