Made from a blend of 70% Shiraz, 29% Merlot and would you guess 1% Cabernet Sauvignon, and what’s more the winemaker maintains you can taste the 1% Cabernet component – All we can say is; he’s a lot better than us.
Medium body, crimson colour. Subtle nose – quite restrained with hints of confectionery, plum and spice. Light weight palate flavour, some plum and spice evident. Fine, firmish tannins followed by plum and spice aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
