Stephen George has produced this wine from a blend of 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot and 21% Cabernet Franc. Deep crimson brick red colour, with mauve edge. On the nose, aroma of cedar, dark chocolate, violets, spice, with blackcurrant and mulberry end notes. The palate shows flavours of blackcurrant, spice and stewed fruit with a hint of vegetal flavour which is also evident on the aftertaste. Cellar 3 – 4 years. (2004 – 2005)
