The Burra Burra district is located in the mid North of South Australia. Bright crimson colour with mauve hue. Aroma of spice, plum and blackpepper followed by notes of cedar and earth. The palate flavours do not live up to the expectations of the nose, with flavours being relatively light with dry firmish tannins. Plum, spice and stewed fruit flavours emerge and linger onto the aftertaste.
