A very sophisticated Chardonnay. Deep straw colour with gold hue and just a tinge of green. Superb nose, showing pronounced barrel ferment character, with notes of biscuit, yeast lees, cashew and a hint of green tea as an end note. Creamy texture. Mouth filling flavours of yeast lees and toasted oak, followed by hints of fig, melon and hazelnut. Outstanding length, with great complexity. Clean acid finish with very long biscuit, hazelnut aftertaste.
