Bright straw colour. Delicate barrel ferment characters on the nose with subtle nut, butterscotch, melon and just a hint of yeast lees. The palate displays nutty, yeast, citrus and grapefruit flavours. Subtle. Good depth and clean acidity with nutty citrus and yeast aftertaste with a hint grapefruit, although, the wine lacks regional definition. Cellar 3-4 years.
