Produced from grapes grown at Wignalls King River Vineyard. The wine is very light in colour, with hues of brick red and brown red evident. The nose is off to a good start, showing varietal character, with notes of game, strawberry, spice and earth. On the palate, the flavours are light, but distinctly recognisable as being Pinot Noir. Subtle flavours of earth, spice and stewed fruits abound. Soft tannin finish. Cellar 2-3 years.
