A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and matured in French Oak for 12 months. Outstanding opaque crimson purple colour. Intense aroma of cedar, vanilla oak, blackcurrent and spice. The palate flavours take a lead from the nose and deliver a palate of excellent structure. Concentrated flavours of blackcurrents, plum, spice and cedar. Fine grained dry firmish tannins, well balanced but lingering long into the after taste. Cellar 1-2 years.
