Magnificent purple crimson colour with excellent glass cling. Made from a blend of 70% Shiraz and 30% Malbec. Totally opaque. Outstanding nose with aroma of spice, vanilla, blackpepper, blackberry and liquorice allsorts. On the palate the wine remains quite youthful, mouthfilling with excellent weight but needs 3- 4 years to build complexity. Flavours of super ripe plums and blackpepper followed by some earthy end notes. Firmish, dry but perfectly balanced tannins. Cellar 5-8 years.
