Made from a blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27%Merlot and 12% Cabernet Franc, the wine as been matured for 15 months in American Oak. Opaque, crimson mauve colour. Very impressive, complex nose, with aroma of vanilla, spice, blackcurrant, liquorice and mulberry. On the palate, a very impressive structure and Bordeaux like complexity emerge. Flavours of vanilla, blackcurrant, mulberry, confectionery and liquorice are supported by fine grained tannins and very long aftertaste. Cellar 5-8 years.
