A delightful Rose style, made from some unusual grapes – Nevello, Mascatese and Calabrese. Deep damask colour, with a slightly translucent brown hue. The nose is delicately perfumed, with notes of violets, boiled lollies and spice. On the palate, a delicate flavour of berries and cherries over a floral background. Velvet smooth, creamy texture. Soft acid finish, followed by a floral, caramel and spice aftertaste. Worth pairing with white meats and light pasta dishes. Cellar 1 –2 years.
