1998 Signatory Single Grain Collection Ayrshire 18 Year Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky (700ml)

For reasons unknown, the origins of this single grain are not disclosed, instead it's simply labelled 'Ayrshire' (the location of Girvan distillery). Some have described the edition as 'breakfast whisky', probably due to its pronounced cereal character. It's another chapter in Signatory's Single Grain Selection, with bourbon casks filled in 1998, individually selected and bottled at 43% in 2017.
