This wine has been very eagerly awaited. An excellent refined Coonawarra Shiraz. Totally opaque, black crimson colour. Aroma of spice, cedar, violets, and confectionery. An excellent refined sniff. On the palate, elegant flavours displaying great sophistication. Rich ripe plums are meshed into a full flavoured palate with black pepper , mocha end palate flavours. Perfect balance, fine grained tannins followed by a long aftertaste of blackcurrant, black pepper, cedar and spice. Cellar 4-5 years.
