Minimal filtration has been used on this wine in order to maximise palate flavour, as well as spending 15 months in French oak hogsheads. Medium bodied crimson colour. Aroma of cherry, toasted oak, spice and strawberry. The palate displays good weight and complexity with strawberry, cherry, spice, plum and liquorice flavours dominant. Good length and balance with fine grained tannins followed by a strawberry, cherry and liquorice aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years.
