Another excellent 1998 Shiraz. Deep crimson mauve colour. Superb nose, with aroma of spice, stewed fruit, plum and an earthy end note. Mouthfilling palate with rich ripe fruit flavours and excellent concentration. Spice, blackpepper, earth, leather, plum and blackberry flavours abound. Excellent balance, with very long persistent aftertaste of plum, liquorice, leather and stewed fruits. Cellar 5-8 years.
