A Semillon that in spite of being 5 years old at the date of tasting still remains very youthful. Bright straw colour with pale green hue. Top note of toasted honey and lemon followed by spice and tropical fruit. On the palate, toasted honey flavours are dominant over a lemon background. Crisp acid finish followed by a long aftertaste of lemon, spice and toast.
