Vibrant youthful, purple mauve colour that clings to the glass. An appealing nose of mulberry, violets and spice. The palate has good weight, however, the tannins provide the wine with a fine firm textural finish. Flavours of oak, chocolate and spice with length. Spicy, pepper, mulberry aftertaste with dry tannins lingering on. Cellar 3-5 years.
