1998 Mitchelton Cabernet Sauvignon

A wine showing considerable bottle development. Very deep brick red colour with brick red hue. Aroma of confectionary, new leather and spice, followed by a hint of marzipan. On the palate, flavours of blackcurrant, chocolate, prune and spice, followed by a hint of earth. Fine, dry, firmish tannins followed by an aftertaste of prune, blackcurrant and spice.
