A fully developed wine. Deep brassy gold colour showing considerable age. Tertiary aroma of toasted honey, butterscotch and spice. The palate flavours are very developed, showing strong toasted honey and oak flavour over a cinnamon, spice background. Soft acid finish followed by a long roast nut, toasted honey aftertaste.
