An excellent Chardonnay. Bright, deep straw colour. Superb nose, with aroma of butterscotch, tropical fruits, melon and peach with a smoky cashew end note. Creamy palate, again with tropical fruit and butterscotch dominant, under layers of fig and pear. Warm, spicy finish with soft acidity. Cellar 3-4 years. (3 Litre Imperial in a wooden presentation box.)
