Andrew Hickinbotham calls this a New Age Wine and has been named after the next generation of Hickinbothams, Jake and Cal. In short, this wine is a big disappointment. Medium body, brick red colour. Aroma of tea leaf with strong vegetal end note. Lean, hard palate with unripe fruit flavours. Soft tannins (that’s the New Age element we presume!). Vegetal aftertaste.
