A very well made wine, suited to short term cellaring. Deep crimson mauve colour. Youthful Shiraz aroma is to the forefront, followed by spice, vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of blackpepper. The palate flavours are somewhat predictable, with plum, blackberry, vanilla and spice dominant. Fine soft tannins, followed by liquorice, plum and spice aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.
