A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot. A beautiful rich Barossa Red. Opaque deep crimson colour with a black heart. The nose is already showing considerable complexity with aroma of vanilla, cedar, plum, blackcurrant and dark chocolate. Mouthfilling palate with classic Elderton nose of American oak. Flavours of dark chocolate, spice, black pepper and ripe plums with distinct back palate flavours of chocolate bullets (chocolate and liquorice). Fine grained tannins, with exceptionally long aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years.
