The Blue Label Chardonnay is produced from fruit grown in the Yarra Valley. Bright straw colour. Spicy nose with aromas of cinnamon and butterscotch, delicate, yet apparent and neatly balanced. Smoky fig, butterscotch and peach flavours emerge on the palate supported by some spicy cinnamon. Excellent length, clean crisp acid, followed by a long spicy butterscotch aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.
