1998 Dalrymple Vineyard Blanc de Blanc

An elegant, well balanced aperitif style. Brilliant, straw colour with fine bead and moderate persistence. The nose displays very good yeast autolysis character with biscuit and grapefruit background notes. Creamy texture, followed by flavours of grapefruit, yeast lees and toast. Clean crisp citrus finish followed by toasted aftertaste.
