Made from an equal portion Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The wine has spent 3_ years on lees. The bead is fine, but dissipates relatively quickly. Moderate mousse. Bright deep straw colour, showing its bottle age. The nose is very impressive, with aroma of yeast lees, toast and biscuit. Generous full bodied, creamy palate structure with again that distinct yeast lees aftertaste.
