Another straight forward wine from Chain of Ponds. Bright watery colour. Lifted aromatic nose of unripe gooseberry over a herbaceous background. On the palate unripe gooseberry, passionfruit and some pineapple and tropical fruit flavours emerge. Good balance with sufficient acidity for the short term, followed by a subtle unripe gooseberry aftertaste.
