1998 Bullers Beverford Cabernet Sauvignon

The Beverford Cabernets are generous but need to be consumed early rather than late in life. Deep crimson brick red colour. The nose displays aromas of marzipan, almonds, very ripe blackcurrant, plum, confectionary and spice. The palate is full bodied, a generous North East Victorian red filled with flavours of ripe plum, liquorice and spice. Fine grained tannins, perfect balance, followed by long chocolate spice plum aftertaste. Cellar 3-5 years.
