Bright straw colour. Lifted nose of ripe peach, melon and tropical fruit, followed by a distinct butterscotch overlay. The palate flavours are light, with yeast lees and butterscotch flavour dominant. The back palate is displaying a touch of coarseness and is now becoming quite broad. The acidity is flattening out.Drink now (2001).
