Very deep crimson colour. Aroma of spice and ripe plum, with a hint of earth. The palate displays flavours of blood plum, spice and a hint of liquorice. Fine grained, slightly firm, but balanced tannins, followed by an aftertaste of liquorice, spice and plum. Cellar 3 – 4 years. (2004 – 2005)
