Distilled in 1997 before being placed in a single ex refill Sherry Cask and and bottled in 2020, this is the second Glenrothes in Signatory's super premium 'Decanter Series'. Prior to the recent Soleo range which reintroduced age statements, Glenrothes was a keen exponent of single vintage bottlings. Only the top 5% of production from a single year was accepted for release. Take that ethos one step further and you're honing in on the best of the best - outstanding single casks.
