Tasting note: Matured in a Bourbon cask. Bright pale gold. Vaguely green / dried grass-like in the first pass but the peat grows bringing a delightful dusted cocoa / bitter chocolate aspect. Mouth wateringly sprightly and salty; just buzzing with vitality in a seamless delivery. Digestif biscuit meets lanolin meets fruit’n’nut dark chocolate. Like heavily peated Bunnah’ at its best. Hugely enjoyable. 51% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 320 bottles.
