Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Region: From the Pora vineyard in the commune of Barbaresco in the northern region of Piemonte.
Characteristics: Deep red in colour with aromas of red berries, spice and underbrush. Sweet, subtle and mouth filling and with depth of flavour reminiscent of Raspberry. Full bodied, almost chewy on the palate with intense austere fruit. Low in acid but finishing with strong tannins.
Serve: 18ºC and decanter.
Try With: Rabbit, polenta, Olives and mature cheese.
