Very deep crimson colour – almost opaque. Complex nose, with aromas of spice, marzipan, truffle and blackcurrant. Superb palate flavours – totally mouthfilling with flavours of truffle, blackcurrant, cedar and spice. Perfect balance. Fine grained tannins, followed by very long aftertaste of blackcurrant, liquorice and spice. Cellar 3-4 years.
