Dark ruby in colour, the 1997 Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir is bursting with the aromas of dark plums and spices. Toasted oak characters reiminiscent of smoked bacon add savoury complexity to the wine's rich aromatics. The palate displays concentrated sweet fruit, excellent balance and a characteristic varietal softness. 13.5% Alcohol Volume.
