1997 Arthur's Creek Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

A fully mature Cabernet. Medium body with brick red colour and deep brick red sienna hue. The colour is showing its age. Aroma of cedar, cigar box, old leather and spice – dominated by tertiary notes. There emerges a hint of white pepper, followed by leather, spice and confectionary. Dusty pencil shaving like tannins overlaid with cedar. Aftertaste of dusty leather and cedar.
