1996 Signatory Vintage Port Dundas 25 Year Old Cask Strength Single Grain Scotch Whisky (700ml)

These Port Dundas bottlings are slowly increasing in value, however this remains a fair price on a cask strength, quarter-century old expression. They continue to tick over at a steady rate with only three others on our shelves at the time of writing. The distillery needs no introduction, having closed its doors forever in 2010. Our experience with older Port Dundas is of a luxurious Irish-meets-Bourbon-meets-Rum style evocative of oak shavings, crème caramel and ripe stone fruits. Matured in a pair of hogsheads, this one was bottled in ealry 2022 yielding 500 bottles at high strength. 57.3% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
