A classic aged Hunter Valley Semillon. Bright pale straw colour showing its bottle age. Lifted nose, filled with tertiary aroma of spice and toasted honey with a hint of confectionary, musk and mandarin. The palate has excellent depth of flavour – full bodied with the acidity still holding up. Flavours of honey, toast and cut hay emerge with confectionary and lemon end notes. Excellent length with crisp acidity, providing structure followed by a very long honey, toast, confectionary aftertaste.
