Fantastic vibrant purple mauve colour. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant and violets with a hint of truffles - almost perfumed in its aromas. The palate has great depth and concentration of flavour - monumental, and structured for a very long life ahead. Strong liquorice, blackcurrant and dark chocolate flavours fill the mouth. Fine grained tannins are perfectly balanced with the fruit with very long earthy dark chocolate, blackcurrant spice aftertaste. Cellar 10 years.
