This success is primarily due to the multi-regional blend of premium quality, cool-climate grapes, combined with time-honoured méthode champenoise techniquesMade from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from a wide range of vineyards from around Australia including Piccadilly, Adelaide Hills, Gumeracha and Eden Valley in South Australia and Glenroy and Ovens Valley in Victoria.Light gold colour with a small and persistent bead. The nose has biscuit-like aromas with hints of roasted cashews derived from its two year maturation period on yeast lees. The palate is full-flavoured with rich, sweet, full flavoured pinot noir varietal fruit dominating and giving the wine dimension and texture. It has a soft, creamy texture, balanced by refreshing, crisp acidity on the finish.12% Alcohol Volume.
