Notes sourced from McWilliams.

Mount Pleasant Elizabeth exemplifies the classic, bottle-aged Hunter Valley Semillon style. Every year, a limited quantity of Mount Pleasant Elizabeth is reserved for extended cellaring under perfect conditions. As these wines approach optimum maturity, they are released under the ‘Museum Release’ label.
Antique gold colour with yellow hues. Toasted honey and roasted chestnuts with hints of marmalade bouquet. Fruity citrus flavours with the added complexity of honey, toasty and nutty characters from bottle development. Crisp acidity will ensure further bottle development.
Re-released in 2003, this wine has three to five years further cellaring potential (2006-2008)
11% Alc/Vol
